This is the book that nearly caused Jack Idriess to give up writing. The first edition is now so rare that Idriess Enterprises has published a small number of facsimile copies to enable collectors to fill this significant gap.

This facsimile is of the same high quality as previous publications from Idriess Enterprises. Printed on acid free paper, with original illustrations faithfully reproduced, and full colour dustwrapper (distinguished from the original by not having the Bellbird and Platypus series advertising on the verso). 250 copies only have been printed.
